Who is responsible for shipping back?
You are entirely responsible for loading and shipping the panels back to us, including the freight cost
Can you buy any panels temporary fence panels back?
No, We will only buy Rent-A-Fence Wholesale panels back, to keep corporate consistency
How long does the BuyBack Program last?
As a valued customer, we will provide 24-months from your purchase date to participate in the BuyBack Program.
How do you verify BuyBack return value?
Panels need to be in fair condition to qualify for the program. Damaged panels, such as bent frames, cut up wire will not qualify.
When do we receive payment?
Payment will only be issued upon shipment being received at our yard and reviewed.
